Strawberries (did somebody say, Vitamin C!?)
Blueberries (said to improve your memory – go organic for higher antioxidant properties)
Coconut milk (packed with vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6 as well as iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus)
Flaxseed oil (for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties)
Silica (regarded as nature’s building block as it’s attributed to collagen maintenance which helps deliver healthy skin, hair and nails)
Cacao (packed full of antioxidants and flavonoids. High in magnesium which helps with calcium absorption, metabolism, and muscle relaxation)
Quinoa flakes (Ancient Incan warriors believed they gained further power and strength from quinoa)
Supergreens powder (vitamins, minerals, protein, enzymes… The benefits are endless)
Chia seeds (fibre, calcium, omega 3 fatty acids, manganese…)
