Don’t wait til you next check in for a dance class or a night at the theatre though, the dim sum delights, wontons, shallot pancakes and wonderfully delicious Lotus fried rice with duck and asparagus in mustard flavour are worth heading directly to Walsh Bay for.
Take a seat at the moodily lit bar with its sexy brass detailing shadowed by calligraphied exposed brick walls where a selection of cocktails & mocktails await. Or be seated at the restaurant tables and click your chopsticks in anticipation of the steaming Jade Seafood or Mushroom dumplings that are pulled, rolled and stuffed to perfection.
For those like me that don’t eat red meat (though if you do you’ll be well-pleased with the options), there are many mouthwatering seafood and vegetarian options.
Adding to the shiny rustic charm and buzzy atmosphere is that all food is fresh and delivered with a smile.
