One of my favourite chefs, Matt Moran, (who happens to run and own my favourite Sydney restaurant, Chiswick – a must visit when in Sydney) has toured Australia to find the very best in local produce. While soaking up Australia’s lush scenery, he meets organic farmers and cooks delightful meals that showcase his passion for locally grown food on his new show, Paddock to Plate.

Milking caviar from salmon, visiting a ‘sex-mad’ snail farm and digging for truffles are all part of the journey.
