Touched down in Byron Bay mid morning, checked into Apartments Inn, Byron and headed straight to Succulent cafe in Byron Street. If you like an all-day breakfast option this is the spot. And bonus, they have an awesome organic selection! Yay! My haloumi & roast tomato salad (with avocado side) came with gluten free toast. Deliciousness.
I don’t normally drink coffee during the week but flights make me sleepy so a soy flat white did the trick!
